anyway, my mad boss just talked to me.. from late July/August
i'll be holding the fort for a long time.. as she's going to get
metal screws implanted in her spine...
(cue in "loose screws" and "no spine" jokes)
this is screwed.. coz.. when she goes, there'll be a shitload of
new projects up and running, and they all require a lot of work..
from her.. and i'm the stand-in..
she'll be out for about 4 months... i wonder if i can take leave
then? or will it be paradise for me here? 
in the meantime, i'll be negatively influencing the new officer
here 
oh well.. i'm going to do a lot of work tomorrow and get
thursday and friday off 
in the meantime, i'm going to tuang for half an hour then go
home
